I led a project to implement a mobile app for a magazine website, including a content exposure module that provided an API for the mobile app to consume content dynamically. The project required close team collaboration among frontend developers, mobile developers, and backend developers, with high task dependencies, as the frontend and mobile teams relied on backend deliverables for API integration. I facilitated daily standup meetings to ensure smooth communication, address blockers, and track progress. In addition, I led sprint demos to showcase completed features and gather feedback. Throughout the project, I conducted brainstorming sessions and estimations to refine features and align the team on priorities. The successful completion of the project resulted in a fully integrated mobile app, providing users with seamless access to the magazine’s content on the go.
